2023 Annual Report
HELPING CHILDREN FIND THEIR VOICE
Enriching children’s lives by offering choral training, music education and formative performance opportunities
We believe all children should have the opportunity to experience the growth realized from choral singing and to use those benefits to expand their potential and transform the world.
OUR PROGRAMS
At the San Diego Children’s Choir, our goal is to reach more kids through our programs to nurture individual development creating a foundation for lifelong success.
The San Diego Children’s Choir is pleased to present its inaugural Youth Choral Festival, June 27 - July 2, 2024. The 6-day festival offers middle and high school choirs (treble and mixed voice) the opportunity to work with a guest conductor in learning and celebrating repertoire primarily from Mexico and Central America. More than 250 participants from national and local children’s will perform, among other choral works, the world premier of a newly commissioned piece by Mexican composer, Maria Granillo, in unique venues and with other choirs in San Diego.
